The Miramar Apartments is a complex of 35 luxury beachside apartments. The brief was for a “simple, yet fresh and modern” result so the team at Indetail went to work to create high-quality, bespoke joinery to suit. 

It required high levels of coordination and efficiency in order to build and install joinery at this beachside location but the specialist Indetail team overcame every challenge. For the interior spaces to function as intended, the execution of the joinery was carefully managed in the Indetail factory. 

Modern touches include the beautifully-warm European oak veneer which is paired with 2pac polyurethane overhead cupboards in a Black Caviar satin finish. The Milan Cararra polished reconstituted stone is a lovely bright contrast while the triple slivered and smoked mirror splashbacks add an element of luxury and understated elegance.  

The kitchen flows beautifully into the adjoining areas, with the warm wooden veneer providing lightness and a homely ambience. Extending these kitchen finishes into the bathroom and laundry adds to the visual flow of the internal living spaces. 

Clever hardware solutions abound to add practical and functional finishes. Bi-fold lift doors front the appliance cupboard to maximise storage and not encroach on the benchspace while bi-fold doors in the bathroom conceal the laundry for a world-class multi-functional zone. In the kitchen, the pull-out pantry provides ample storage space. 

Open shelving in the kitchen allows the owners to display personal items and makes the apartments feel more individualized. Integrated appliances are concealed with matching cabinet panels to create a seamless visual finish that highlights the surfaces chosen.
